WHEN BOOKING:

There is a $25 non-refundable deposit due to secure your appointment, which will be applied toward your style price.
The address will be sent upon booking.
Respectfully, please DO NOT give my address out to ANYONE!
Should you need a squeeze-in appointment, please text me the style and date you desire, and I will check my availability.

If you have to reschedule your appointment, please do so with the confirmation sent when you booked your original appointment.

FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT:

Please come with your hair washed, blow-dried, and FREE of any oils or products.
After 15 minutes late, your appointment will be CANCELLED and the card on file WILL be charged HALF of the remaining balance.
Communication is KEY! I’m very understanding, so if you communicate,
I can be flexible AS LONG AS it doesn’t interfere with another appointment.

You are able to reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours before your appointment date.

!!! If you cancel or r/s within 48 hours of your appointment, you WILL be charged the FULL amount of the remaining balance!!!
